To Begin
Welcome drink package @ 9.90 per guest
Your choice of Monsieur Paul’s Christmas Carol Cocktail (and Mocktail), French sparkling wine, WA classic white and red wines, local beer, soft drinks. One drink per guest on arrival.
Premium canapes @ 6.50 per item
Add a few extra indulgences to your dinner package with these delicious morsels
- Oysters Kilpatrick: grilled with bacon, onion, lemon and Worcestershire sauce
- Scallops: seared sea scallops, cauliflower puree, dukkha and Yarra Valley salmon roe
- Steak tartare: seasoned raw beef on a Pringle
Main Dishes

Maybe your guests would like a little more choice? The following options are available
- Eye fillet of WA beef served medium rare, with Chef Roger’s pepper sauce
- Best available local fish fillet with a lemon butter sauce
